Pensacola Luxe Brand Gets Green Light

Armored Frog, a Pensacola-based luxury furniture start-up company has received a $225,000 state of Florida IRREF (Industry Recruitment Retention Expansion Fund) grant in addition to an undisclosed amount of private investment angel funds.

Armored Frog will begin its U.S. expansion in northwest Florida with the September 15th debut of its Emerald Coast showroom.  The showroom is located in the newly renovated historic Blount Building, at One Palafox Place, on the corner of Palafox and West Garden Street. Rather than just browse, clients and designers will be able to interact with Armored Frog’s heirloom-quality pieces in a beautiful private showroom. Once an appointment is booked, guests may choose to request an access code to enter the space unaccompanied, or meet with an Armored Frog representative.

Coinciding with the expansion, Armored Frog is launching its first product line, the Valor Desk Series.

We’ve created a line of handcrafted, heirloom desks that represent the same sentiments as the legacy workspaces of our fathers before us. The Valor Desk Series is our tip of the hat to those who take pride in honoring the dedication and grit that it takes to be successful. These desks not only stand for something honest, but they’re built with future generations in mind. Not to mention that our design and utility provisional patents protect our customers’ assets for a lifetime.
